Agreement
By downloading or using Dailyclip (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
Your content ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you add to the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the App where prohibited, or use the App in ways that violate applicable laws.
Exports & sharing responsibility
If you export or share content created with the App, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share that content and that your sharing complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the App.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. We may also suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
